Shengluzhai is Lili's famous pastry brand, created in the Qing dynasty Qianlong years. According to legend, emperor Qianlong visited Luxu on his fifth trip to the south of the Yangtze river. After eating the mooncakes made by Shengluzhai, he gave much praise. Since then, Shengluzhai mooncakes have become a tribute to the Qing dynasty. Yuan Xiaochun is the fourth generation inheriting the technique of making Shengluzhai Su style mooncakes. He is also the only one who still produces and makes Shengluzhai cakes. He can make nearly 30 kinds of cakes and more than 50 flavors.
