Zhao Panlao is a senior official in the early years of the
Southern Song Dynasty. His carrier is recorded in the History of Song Dynasty.
After he retired, he lived in Lili. Over the years, the author has find out
much information about Zhao panlao, and finally confirmed that he is the
founder of the ancient town in Lili.
