There is a Western-style building on the Zhongdingjia Lane,
which was built by Yin Mingzhu, one of the earliest Chinese movie stars. Yin
Mingzhu (1904-1989), whose father died at the age of 17, moved to Shanghai with
her mother. When she met Du Yu, she filmed the first love film "The Sea
Oath" and entered into film area. In 1925, in order to fulfill her
father's wishes, she went home and purchased the Xiajiaqiao North house with
three halls. and converted the second halls into the first red building in
Lili.
