Zhu Lianfang (1909-1983), chief physician, a native in Lili Town, Wujiang County, Jiangsu Province. He constantly perfected his skills in business and published many medical theses in Chinese Journal of Ophthalmology and provincial and national journals for many times. He has presided over the compilation of three volumes of Ophthalmology Compilation. He has won four provincial and municipal awards for scientific research achievements in the field of "full-thickness keratoplasty for herpes simplex keratitis".
