Hongshou Lane is the second largest building community in
Lili which belongs to Zhou’s family, the biggest familyin Lili. During the years
of Emperor Kangxi, Zhou Xing, Zhou Wangtu and his son purchased the old house in
Yuan and Ming Dynasty, and renovated and renovated a grand mansion with seven
halls, and then continued to build another two halls. The third hall is a Ming
Dynasty style flat hall. After the renovation, it was named Hongshou Hall. The
fifth hall was named Luoya Cottage. Wutingchen, the champion in imperial
examination in Jiaqing seventh year was invited to write the name of Luoya
Cottage.
